If you are in a hurry but are concerned to serve a full decent meal to your family or friends, we have got you covered. This is the first article in a series that helps you prepare a full meal in 30 minutes(+/-5 min, to be correct). We love healthy, tasty, and quick. Try this yummy meal and use your woman superpower.


Penne arrabbiata, green salad, and pudding.

We are not in the business of wasting your time here. So here we go.

Penne arrabbiata. Ingredients: 2 liters of water, 500g/8 ounces penne(standard pack for 4), 3 tablespoons olive oil, 4 chopped/minced cloves of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 500g tomatoes, 1 teaspoon sugar (optional), salt, pepper, grated parmesan cheese, fresh basil leaves(or dry).
Put the hot water with some salt in the stew-pan. Tho moment it boils ad the penne. Typically its cooking time is around 10 minutes but simply check the package. In the meanwhile, you can chop the tomatoes, mince the garlic, grate the parmesan cheese and wash the basil leaves and green salad.
When the penne is cooked, drop them in the colander. Use the same stew-pan to prepare the sauce. Pour in the olive oil, garlic and later ad the tomatoes, salt, sugar. Stir gently until the water of the fresh tomato has evaporated. Instead of fresh tomatoes, you could use canned chopped tomatoes. Just make sure to drain the water. Last: basil leaves and spices. Now pour the drained penne into the stew-pan and gently stir until the sauce is evenly spread in the penne. Now pour them into plates and spread some grated parmesan on top of them. Done.

Green salad. Ingredients: 500g of green salad, ½ onion, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 lemon, salt, vinegar. Chop the green salad(with bare hands if you wish), then on top, we thinly chop the onion and the lemon(including its zest), add salt, oil, vinegar, and uniformly mix all together.

Pudding. Ingredients: 2 packs ready pudding powder, 1 l milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar. You can prepare it in parallel with the penne as it is very easy to prepare. Always keep in your kitchen some different flavored ready pudding packs. All you will need to add is milk and sugar. For 4 people you could use two small standard packs and a liter of milk. Half the milk pour it into the pan and let it boil. The other half you use to pour in the pudding powder(mainly cornstarch). You stir it well together by adding the sugar. When the other milk has just reached the boiling point you gradually ad the mix and keep it steering until it starts thickening. Then turn off the stove. Pour into some nice little bowls, decorate with dry or fresh fruits if you wish and you are done.
